Today’s guest a is a well distinguished African American lesbian and a successful businessowner, of course we are talking none other than DA (Donna) the Barber the owner of Whiskey Beard Barbershop.

Further, African Americans tend to disagree with LGBT civil liberties more than their white counterparts.
Likewise, she talks about the challenges of starting a business mostly dominated by men. In the US only 16% of barbers are females. Donna goes on to tell us how she and her business survived the covid-19 epidemic.

“The main thing that I learned about conspiracy theory, is that conspiracy theorists believe in a conspiracy because that is more comforting. The truth of the world is that it is actually chaotic. The truth is that it is not The Iluminati, or The Jewish Banking Conspiracy, or the Gray Alien Theory. The truth is far more frightening - Nobody is in control. The world is rudderless.” ― Alan Moore
Conspiracy theories are as old as politics. But conspiracists today have introduced something new—conspiracy without theory. There is no demand for evidence, no dots revealed to form a pattern, no close examination of shadowy plotters. Dispensing with the burden of explanation, the new conspiracist imposes its own reality through repetition
The new conspiracism targets democratic foundations—political parties and knowledge-producing institutions. It makes it more difficult to argue, persuade, negotiate, compromise, and even to disagree. Ultimately, it delegitimates democracy.
Today we address some of the most common conspiracy theories in the United States. We aim to shed light on the danger of those theories.

Everyone has had their lives upended, by the COVID-19 pandemic, the economic fallout from that, the current political and social climate and the daily onslaught of disturbing news that has us all longing for far less interesting times.
That’s why we decided to start the new years with the mental sensei Caleb Rogers himself, discussing motivation, over coming the mental stress of 2020 and covid19 related stress. We also dive into setting goals in 2021 and crushing them.
Caleb obtained his C.P.A. and began work in the financial services sector for PwC as an auditor. Dissatisfied with his role, he quickly transitioned from audit work to consulting. While a much better fit, it still didn’t quite hit the mark, and a few more moves had to be made.
After careful reflection, Caleb took a step into mental coaching and in a short time moved from working with amateur fighters to both UFC and Bellator professional athletes. The Mental Sensei was born!
