Alvaro is back and we venture into a political debate considering the incontrovertible similarities of conditions and actions from those of 1789-1794 and the last few years in the USA and Europe. And what of democracy? Surely giving the people the power over government agency is good for all! Right? So many questions remain unanswered however these are our first tentative steps in the direction of what may yet become a complete train of thought on the question of 'DEMOCRACY'!
