Hey TTS Fam! Join me as I dive into the process of facing the person in the mirror. The person who struggles with her past traumas, past mistakes, grief, and trauma. It is a constant battle in the mind to remind myself what God says about me and who he says I am. God took over today's episode as he encourages us to learn who he has truly called us to be and not the identities we have picked up from others. 

3 things you can implement today to see a change in your perspective of yourself. 

1.) Practice putting your negative thoughts about yourself into captivity. 

2.) Speak God's word over yourself. 

3.) Ask God for clarity and understand how he sees you and who he says you are. 

Today's Prayer: God help me to take every thought under. captivity that goes against what you say I am. Help me face the person in the mirror.
