Brittany Spanos is a senior writer at @RollingStone and wow, she is living the dream. She has interviewed pop culture stars like JoJo, Hayley Williams, and Katy Perry--which makes our teenage selves scream. She has written many of the iconic cover stories for the magazine including one on Janelle Monae, Cardi B, and Lizzo. Recently on Rolling Stone’s Podcast “Music Now,” she joined with Rob Sheffield and the podcast host, Brian Hiatt, to discuss all the factors that led to the Beatles breaking up (apparently it was not all Yoko Ono’s fault, according to the podcast). Brittany recently wrote an article concerning black and POC pop stans’ struggle to be seen.
