Yes...it happened again.

I got triggered by something my ex-husband (of thirty years) said.

It's been a minute since a trigger of that intensity and magnitude has come out of nowhere and hit me between the eyes. 🎯

Here's the thing about triggers, though.

...rather than letting it dis-empower you.
