Welcome back!
In my first month of moving to a brand new city and starting a new life, I can't help but think about change and all the ways in which it's scary, new, exciting and intimidating. But what no one talks about is how gratifying it is to take a moment and drive change around you. This week's episode is a deep dive on how you can be that driver and change systems that you're a part of.
Writing / recording this episode was incredibly exciting, especially given my recent experience in successfully impacting my community at Penn State (before I graduated.) I hope this episode serves you with models that you can use to create meaningful differences in communities that you're a part of.
For more reference, here's a few resources that helped me with my journey, and informed some of my ideas in this episode:

As always, let me know what you think :)
