This week I'm joined by music education professor and trombonist Dr. Peter McCoy, from the Crane School of Music. We tackled some difficult classroom topics such as how to incorporate other musical traditions without just checking off the boxes. We also discussed ways to show students you are there to support them when they are going through issues in life from stress, home life, etc. without being too overbearing.
