In this episode we get to see how anxiety has affected both Kennedy and Daniel in two different ways. Kennedy talks about the struggles she has experienced with test anxiety which is not often talked about as well as Daniel talks about his journey with anxiety during the pandemic. An important message we are talking about is the stigma on mental health as a whole and how you may never know who is really struggling. Mental health is a silent illness that is not visible and is something we want to shed light on.
