We are excited to kick off our first podcast of the year with health advocate Samantha Eppler from the America Heart Association and our very own Darlene Ellison. We are thrilled to support the American Heart Association organization for the third year in a row. Heart health is often overlooked because we wait until there is an issue to happen before we act. In fact, 1 in 5 Americans have optimal heart health. February is Go Red for Women Month and we couldn't be more excited to be a part of such a great organization!
