Selfcare

We are a few lovely Muslim women coming together to talk about “True Life Issues”. 
We will discuss situations we all can relate to and or have faced. 
We decided to do a Podcast so we can have an outlet for us and others to talk about our difficulties, worries, stresses, successes, accomplishments and plans for creating a better you. There are things that need addressing in the community as well and I’m hoping that addressing them via the Podcast will help shed light on the matter within the communities.
