When he established a good working relationship with one of his maintenance staff, he was informed that the property manager was undercutting him and getting a few thousand dollars for a roofing job.
Josh also shares more information on his newer 106-unit deal in Atlanta. He shares the process of a tenancy in common, an arrangement wherein two or more people share ownership rights in a property.
