As Jens scales up after his 11-unit, he finds a good management company to focus on his own niche. Along the way, he figures out the process of making the best out of his closing, creating structures that work for his deals while also figuring out how to transfer old skills to real estate. Jens goes over going beyond your own means by the connecting correctly with investors as well as not neglecting to add value whenever you can.
