Tonight's show is all about training.  We'll have Edward Prince, William Helper, and Becky Morgan on the show to give you some tips, tricks, and advice on how to survive training.  We'll talk about what to bring, what to expect and what you should expect to learn.  We'll also talk about what to do if you are not getting everything you think you should get from your trainer.  Edward and Becky are former trainers and William is currently a trainer.
