Riley spent 8 years playing professional hockey, 4 of which were for the NHL playing for the Philadelphia Flyers and was known as an "enforcer" on the team. For those not familiar, the enforcer is essentially a designated tough guy. The player who's getting in the fights.

During this episode, Riley talks about the journey of going from a warrior-type hockey player to the spiritual yogi he is today. Thanks to psychedelics and cannabis, he talks about how these compounds have aided in his physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Riley is the co-founder of BodyCheck Wellness, a company that offers high quality hemp-derived CBD & functional mushroom products. He's also an advisor for Wake Networks who is currently working on research and development for psilocybin & psilocin biosynthesis.
