Jenny Lisk is an author, speaker, and host of the Widowed Parent Podcast, which has been featured in The Washington Post and ParentMap. She pivoted after 20 years in IT into being a podcaster and author. Her husband died when she was 43. Adrift for a couple of years, knowing she needed to make a change but not knowing what that would look like or how she would go about doing it. She felt completely lost as a widowed parent and realized there must be others who felt the same way. She declared a one-year sabbatical and went all-in on creating a podcast for widowed parents.
