We're in interesting times... a time of deep transformation.  

But it's also one that's been predicted for awhile.  

I pay attention to things like this -- it's helpful to know if it's a healthy work environment or an unhealthy one at the moment. It helps to make decisions.  

And I'm not alone in this endeavor. I know of hedge funds and multi-billionaires who pay tens of thousands of dollars to follow the same people that I follow and to stay ahead of the game... to be at the forefront of change.  

That's how opportunity's made.  

But it can also be a time of fear and panic.
