tre Talk brings in community leaders from Sioux Falls and gives them a platform to share their story. We want to pass down the lessons learned from those around us to younger generations so that they will have stepping stones to navigate their own journey.

Terry's Faith in God and what's possible with an unwavering belief is evident in his testimony and apparent in his boldness as a leader. As The Chief Executive and Founder at The Hurdle Life Coach, he envisions a world where every person is seen, supported and empowered. Overcoming many obstacles and challenges in life is the genesis that spawned the creation of his company. Surviving a traumatic childhood experience in North Omaha, NE, thriving through his college experience at USD as a star athlete and leader, only to end up a federal prison inmate in 2015.

Terry's high's and lows have uniquely shaped the wisdom he carries with him today in all of his messaging and core message of that "Life is not Wins and Losses, but Wins and Lessons"

Knowing there is a God but not knowing God was Terry's story for the first 20 years of his life, the next 10 years he spent testing the boundaries of God's grace which he found has no bounds and while in prison surrendered and made the commitment to rebuild his life on the bedrock of honesty humility, and gratitude.
