<p>This&nbsp;week&nbsp;I&nbsp;felt&nbsp;a&nbsp;bit&nbsp;emotionally&nbsp;triggered&nbsp;after&nbsp;consuming&nbsp;certain&nbsp;YouTube&nbsp;videos&nbsp;and&nbsp;realized&nbsp;how&nbsp;&nbsp;wonderfully&nbsp;I&nbsp;had&nbsp;managed&nbsp;to&nbsp;stay&nbsp;away&nbsp;from&nbsp;triggers&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;last&nbsp;8-10 months&nbsp;</p>
