Kids will always make mistakes just because their kids. When parents withhold love and attention because of those mistakes it can produce anxiety, depression and stress within a child. Kids will always fight authority but loving parents know how to guide and direct their children and provide a moral compass for them to live by. This episode describes an event that occurred in my life that produced so much stress that I carried the emotions associated with it for years to come. We have all experienced some type of trauma in our lives. When the trauma impacts our future thoughts words and action we begin to suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. This condition can be debilitating and can cause a host of different symptoms such as low self esteem, depression, and anxiety. Trauma Stories is a podcast designed to provide a platform for discussion and sharing. Listeners are encouraged to send in their trauma stories to the host to read on the show and explain what their experience was and is with PTSD and how they are now healing from the condition.
