This Is Us: Part 1 - Raised Religious

transPARENTSy podcast was birthed because we experienced a gap in representation of queer black #motherhood and #parenting in the communities available to us. We needed an #inclusive space that allowed us to learn, unlearn, and vent about topics relevant to our intersectionality without experiencing racism, homophobia, and microagressions. As facilitators of the groups Black #LGBTQ Moms of Facebook and Instagram we saw a need for information, a need for resources, and a desire for healing and community.
