Like in my previous episode, I, I spoke about how, um, I struggled with blogging because I, you know, struggled with writing and composition in. In primary school and journaling the way I was introduced to journaling when I was much younger in the eighties was to have a diary where you, you know, journaled your, uh, your day on your experiences and so on.And I have never seen anyone, uh, journal. Um, I never saw my father journal. My siblings. I never saw a journal. Um, I know that in movies, I mean, there were movies that I would watch on someone's diary will be found and, uh, people will read this and they'll be embarrassed. And, you know, doubt might just be a piece of drama in the movie.I never had that in my family because no one in my family had their journal. And, uh, because that was not modeled for me. I struggled many times. To, uh, to journal. I w I would start out the year with a brand new diary and I would get pumped out, like, yes, it new diary.
