Can pursuing joy lead to greater self-compassion, and if so, does that lead to greater kindness in the world? Why do some people&#39;s dreams get stuck in idea phase when others are able to push through? Is it really all about intrinsic drive or is there an interpersonal element we could explore more? 
As Tracing Inspiration enters its first season in January 2024, I wanted to give you a bit of a rundown of what to expect in Season One.

#2: Operating from Love rather than Judgment

Tracing Inspiration mixes story, gratitude, and conversation to explore the roots of inspiration. Before an idea was nudged to action, what happened there? Rather than worrying about how to 'master' motivation to move into action, or 'master' the subsequent steps so that action is 'successful', what if we just stop? Get curious. Have we missed something important in the space where inspiration dwells? What if that is the one space that doesn't need mastery?
