Its the elephant in the room but its time we talk about it.  The players look low on confidence and morale, the results aren't what we deserve, and if we keep going like we are, at this rate we will have undone all of Pochettino's work, players will leave, and we are back to square one.  Okay, maybe that is a bit too much, but in reality things at Spurs aren't how they need to be.  How do we change that?
