Dr. William Rodriguez  is the practice owner of the smile centre in Mississauga, Ontario.  He is a graduate of the University of the East College of Dentistry in Manila. He passed the National Dental Examining board of Canada in 1995. To top it off, he is a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the World Clinical Laser Institute.
