When I was in the Military I would hear Instructors tell us that what we are learning may not be applicable right now but its another tool for the toolbox. I never understood it; until i became an instructor, and would need to give context to a lesson with non pertinent information. Now as a Veteran I talk to other Veterans about the tools they use every day for managing life, trauma, and everything in between. We discuss Pain, Worth, Fitness, Resilience, Adventure and Much Much more! What we come up with may not be applicable right now but it is another Tool for your Toolbox.
