Cindy ask Professor and Filmmaker, Teresa Dowell-Vest, to share her latest written piece titled, "Smoke Signals".  She expresses her feelings about burning buildings, rioting and redefines the meaning of, "I have a Black friend", what that should look like moving forward and how Non-POC can become better allies and advocates. They also discuss the injustices that are happening and what Teresa hopes to see change.
