After 20 years in the restaurant industry working closely with CEOs of major brands like Einstein Bros Bagels, Quiznos and Yogurtland, Stacie Archer has found a new calling.  She stepped out of the office scene and into her kitchen.  She started her own food blog, Seven Plates, a few years ago and has grown her audience to over 100,000 followers.  She has made several appearances on The Rachel Ray Show (links provided) and has also served as a guest host on the popular shopping channel HSN.
