From the increase in homework and productivity culture, to standardized testing, to the increased cost of post-secondary education, senioritis and student burnout can be seen in students as young as grade school. Why are so many kids running on empty? And how can we help ourselves and our youth get the most out of their education? In this episode, I examine the psychology and physical symptoms of burnout in students, look into adrenal fatigue and productivity overload, and try to break it down and find simple solutions.

Special thank you to the parents and teachers I spoke to about parenting and Waldorf and Montessori education, and Hope Wolbach for talking with me about adrenal fatigue and burnout!
