Authentic self-expression is the gateway to freedom. To be real with YOURSELF, and also to be real with others.&nbsp;
I am so passionate about this topic, as this is still a BIG part of my healing journey... to allow parts of myself that I have suppresed and hid to finally be authentically SEEN.
Many of us are experiencing this because most of humanity is hiding behind a giant FACADE&hellip; hiding their authentic expression, their truth, their true feelings, their true emotions, their true thoughts, and they&rsquo;re not saying what their heart and soul yearn to say.
And when we're hiding behind a facade, we're also not pursuing the things in life that our heart and soul truly desire.
And this isn&rsquo;t freedom. This is suppression. This is constriction. This is self censoring. This is self-sabotage. And this is self imprisonment.&nbsp;
