Doctor Lucy Hone is a leading resilience expert. I first came across her when her audience was left silenced at a TED talk in Aukland. She talks openly about surviving her own unthinkable pain and how to not just cope with loss but live a life worth living. A truly remarkable that I will forever recommend anyone who wants to choose life, after loss.
