Today we interviewed THE Brad Kochis, former founding/lead pastor at The Refinery Church in Columbus, Ohio, and now the director of Alumni Relations and Advancement at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Two years ago, I attended an event where Brad was speaking. Realize you are an imperfect human. 2. Marry way out of your league. 3. Be an intentional dad. #8- Don't outsource authenticity.
