Mark Parkinson is the President and CEO of the American Health Care Association (AHCA). He previously served as the 45th Governor of the State of Kansas, and prior to that was the owner and operator of long term care facilities in Kansas and Missouri.

As the nation’s largest association of long term and post-acute care providers, the American Health Care Association represents over 13,700 skilled nursing facilities and assisted living centers, advocating for quality care and services for frail, elderly, and disabled Americans.
