In Episode 8 I explore the difficult decision of working to keep a job and adhering to the status quo or stepping out side the norm, take up the challenge, and make a difference. I examine the strife caused by toxic environments and the importance of shared values and intrinsic motivation to people. I refer to the issues at Starbucks and the rehring of CEO Howard Schultz to improve worker conditions.
