Monsters Within: Guilt (November 4, 2018) | Judah Thomas
32 minutes Posted May 8, 2026 at 11:00 am.
] For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death.
] But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.
] Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean!
] And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.
] I no longer count on my own righteousness through obeying the law; rather, I become righteous through faith in Christ. For God’s way of making us right with himself depends on faith.
-9] God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. [9] Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.
-2] So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. 2 And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.
