-16] “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. [15] No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. [16] In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.

] Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”

] Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?

-22 ISV] Although I am free from everyone's expectations, I have made myself a servant to all of them to win more people. [20] To the Jews I became like a Jew in order to win Jews. To those under the Law I became like a man under the Law, in order to win those under the Law (although I myself am not under the Law). [21] To those who do not have the Law, I became like a man who does not have the Law in order to win those who do not have the Law. However, I am not free from God’s Law, but I’m subject to the Messiah’s law. [22] To the weak I became weak in order to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some of them.

If you can help your neighbor now, don’t say, “Come back tomorrow, and then I’ll help you.”

-13] In one of the villages, Jesus met a man with an advanced case of leprosy. When the man saw Jesus, he fell to the ground, face down in the dust, begging to be healed. "Lord," he said, "if you want to, you can make me well again." [13] Jesus reached out and touched the man. "I want to," he said. "Be healed!" And instantly the leprosy disappeared.
