These podcasts will be a series of ever deepening meditations to deepen your spirituality, reach autonomy and self actualisation. Connectiong to your deep, "I am" self. Inner Spiritual connection is essential for mental health.
There will also be theory and information about finding purpose in life, and working poisitively with the Quantum field.
