6. Stop being a people pleaser

I started this podcast while I was quarantined during college and felt alone with myself. I had no idea what to do because I hated myself and so I hated being left alone. Talking things out can be therapeutic sometimes. And I have many existential crisis thoughts that I would love to share. Not only do I want to share them but also figure out how to deal with certain feelings in a way that doesn’t send oneself into a bad mental state. So that’s kind of what this podcast is.
