Currently sourcing around 50 property deals per year throughout the UK for herself and other investors. What makes her unique, aside from her stellar reputation in her field, is that Carly triumphed through a condition that resulted in her being unemployed and on benefits to now building a 6 figure Property Sourcing Business and helping others to do the same. Determined and tenacious to her core, she decided enough was enough she joined a gym and found a job in a local cafe. As luck would have it, she stumbled across a Facebook ad that was marketing a free property training seminar, Carly attended and knew immediately that property was the vehicle that could give her back a life of freedom, doing something she loved & getting paid for it. Having no funds to invest in property, Carly creatively bought her first property, an empty, dated, run-down 3-bedroom house that soon became the perfect family home for someone. She bought it without using a penny of her own money. Instead, she enrolled an investor who was fed up with the poor returns from the bank & successfully delivered her great returns! It comes as little surprise that she began sourcing for other people when they noticed how active she was and asked for her expertise to help them build their portfolio. She hasn’t looked back since.
