We also talk about what has inspired us over the course of the past year, as well as the ways in which we have learned from those around us.&nbsp;</p> <p>How we look to set a tone in the classroom and help our students develop in the best way possible has undoubtedly changed since either of us started teaching, and this episode gives us a chance to talk about what this now looks like.&nbsp;</p>

Those Who Can is a podcast designed to help teachers reflect on their practice. Each week Will and Paul will talk through various aspects of teaching, aiming to share our thoughts about what has shaped our experience, as well as talk through the advice we might offer to teachers at a variety of stages in their career. 
By talking through aspects of teaching that we find difficult or have wanted more advice on, we hope to encourage more teachers to reflect on how they go about their day-to-day work at the chalk face.
