I am delighted to welcome to the Podcast, Chris from Modest Beer based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Chris started out as a homebrewer, and was inspired to launch Modest Beer in 2019, following the success of a Kolsch-style beer brewed for a friend&#39;s restaurant. 
Things have moved on at a pace since then, and Modest are building a great reputation throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.
