I am delighted to welcome to The Podcast, Phil from Simple Things Fermentations based in Glasgow.
Simple Things was launched by Phil in 2019 with a mission to brew beer with a sense of place, exploring beer styles that aren't always easy to find and using ingredients that extend the flavour spectrum beyond current trends. The beers are often modern takes on traditional styles, or contemporary styles with a twist.
