Vault City was launched in 2018 by Founders Steve and Johnnie in Edinburgh. A period of sustained success saw them relocate to Dundee for a while as tenants of 71 Brewing, before triumphantly returning home to the Portobello district of Edinburgh in 2021. Since day one, Vault City have been relentlessly creating 'out of the ordinary' flavour journeys for a new sense of adventure.
