Hello my friends!

This week, we embark on a neurodivergent exploration of the ego, the reticular activating system, the Buddhist notion of cause and effect and how to actively reshape our experience of 'reality'.

We discuss familiarising our minds with the paths of flow, optimism and compassionate curiosity in an effort to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all sentience.
