Nyk is a Yoga Therapist who teaches Therapeutic Yoga to Misfits, Gen xers (and sometimes Y) who don’t feel at home in mainstream yoga circles: Alternative folks, punx, the rebels, underdogs, neurodiverse, introverts, geeks, and bookworms.
