On today's episode, the CBC's Steve Zhang takes a close look at the five candidates who have entered the race to be Richmond's next mayor. They'll replace Malcolm Brodie, the city's longest-serving mayor, who has been at the post for 25 years. And we also hear from Cathy Yan, a member of the Richmond Poverty Reduction Coalition, about addressing the needs of Richmond's low-income residents.
