The story of blind Bartimaeus getting his sight can be dissected and preached in many ways. But ultimately the story presented to us is this: I was blind but now I see. Kind of like the lyrics to a popular song: Amazing grace. You see on our own, our sight, our perception and vision is limited to our wisdom and understanding. That is why we as humans always fall short of our potential because we only see through our eyes. But if we cry out to GOD and allow us to see through his eyes, the impossible becomes possible.
