When Nancy Ludwig was murdered near the Detroit Airport in 1991, authorities had no reason to connect it to the unsolved murder of Margarette Eby in Flint, in 1986. It would take more than ten years for DNA technology to advance enough to finally identify a killer and it would reveal a lifetime of crimes.
