Yan Lawrence is the Founder of The Regime, an online beauty tech platform for automating hair regimen and product selections for natural kinky curly hair. She is also the co-founder of RTC Black Wings, a non-profit for Black college women breaking into the tech industry. In this episode, she talks about her journey in becoming an entrepreneur as a rising senior student at City College.
