If your company doesn't pay Black employees fair wages nor do you support the accurate and complete documentation of our history, then you don’t support Black lives. Dare I say you’re only in support of Black trauma. For those new to the movement, being an ally and learning about racism can be exhausting...but just imagine experiencing it.
