We discuss the role of an ED CNC, Margaret’s trauma teamwork research interests, some of Margarets innovations and quality improvement, as well as HiRAID (an evidence-based assessment framework designed to structure the initial patient assessment of patients presenting to the Emergency Department (ED) after triage.
